Candy Cams
Cams uses a feed-style interface with public and private interaction options. The public stream messages are simulated, AI-generated interactions; they are not evidence of other people watching or a human performer answering your chat.
Some actions use tokens. Review the cost associated with the selected tip or private option rather than assuming a public-feed preview includes every action.
Live Action
Use Live Action on mobile with Premium for selected characters. Look for the control on a supported profile or in the conversation, then choose an available visual action. Some actions are included and others use tokens.
The experience is with a fictional character, separate from a personal video call with a real person.
Interactive Stories and Neon Run
Interactive Stories lets you play through an episode and make choices as it unfolds. Neon Run is one of these story experiences. Start with Play, follow the choices, and chat with the character as the episode progresses. This is different from watching a scripted Shorts episode.
Candy Roulette
Roulette matches you with AI characters in a video-chat format. Talk with the match or skip to another character. The listed rate is five tokens per minute; review the session rate before starting. Matches are AI characters, not random human callers.
If the controls are missing
Check that you are signed in to the correct account, that the character supports the feature, and that you are using a supported device. Do not buy tokens solely to make a missing control appear. If access still looks wrong, send support the character name and device details.
