Age, consent, and prohibited requests
Do not create or request content involving minors, non-consensual material or another person's private information. Follow the service's content policies and the laws that apply to you. A fictional setting does not remove those requirements.
Use only content and likenesses you have permission to provide. Creator-linked profiles are distinct from uploading someone else's image without permission.
If a request is blocked
Read the notice and check whether the request conflicts with a rule. If you believe an ordinary request was flagged by mistake, contact support with the wording and relevant context. Do not keep changing spellings to evade the restriction.
We do not provide a moderation bypass, age-check workaround or access method for a restricted location.
Keep account details out of character chat
A character cannot resolve a restriction, approve a refund or verify your identity. Use the support channel for account decisions and the designated verification flow when requested.
