Where to find the option
Open a supported character's chat, then look for My Private Content under the profile. Review the pack and the displayed token cost before confirming an unlock. Available packs can differ by character.
If you want a new scene with your own description, use the image or video generation tool instead. An existing pack is not a custom generation request.
Access and account checks
Use the same signed-in account when returning to your content. If an unlock does not appear, check the account and balance before trying the purchase again. For a persistent problem, send support the character name, the pack and the approximate time of the action.
